Graduate Program
The SPT Graduate Program offers newly graduated Speech Pathologists a supportive and structured pathway into professional practice. Through supervised clinical practice, and gradually increasing responsibilities, graduates can develop confidence and competence in their clinical roles. The program provides professional development opportunities, extensive resources, and peer support, fostering both professional growth and team connection.
Building Confidence and Competence
The SPT Graduate Program is a full-time role designed to help new Speech Pathologists transition smoothly into their professional careers.
With regular clinical supervision from senior Speech Pathologists, graduates are guided through staged caseload increases to prevent overwhelm while building confidence and expertise.
